The Willow E-file Pause can be serviced with TNBL our independent servicing agent. Hand piece can also be purchased separately. Hand pieces from other models cannot be transferred. 

As with all our E-file equipment, this machine must only be used by qualified nail technicians holding relevant E-file training qualifications.
